What is Vocational Evaluation with Labour Market Analysis?
An objective vocational evaluation, which determines occupational interests, abilities,motivation and skills given an individual’s current functional capacity in relation to the identification of suitable and safe alternative job options available in the current labour market .In addition we provide vocational rehabilitation recommendations to enable and support an effective and timely return to work.
Who is it for?
Ideal for individuals whose functional capacity for work has been established and who still require specialist vocational advice in order to establish and define alternative job options which match their functional and occupational profile.
How the service is offered
A face-to-face evaluation and administration of occupational interests/personality/ability testing and transferable-skills-analysis carried out by a Vocational Rehabilitation Professional. The identification of alternative job options, vocational goals, labour market analysis and vocational rehabilitation recommendations including a plan that is outlined within the comprehensive report.
Location and geographical area
This service is provided in the United Kingdom and Ireland by a team of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals with the evaluation conducted at either the individual’s home or a suitable venue local and accessible to the individual.
