What is Transferable Skills Analysis Evaluation?
The purpose of this evaluation is to identify the occupational transferable skills an individual has given their current functional capacity. It will also identify suitable alternative roles that are supported by analysis of the current labour market and make vocational recommendations for asafe and sustainable return to work.
Who is it for?
Ideal for individuals whose functional capacity for work has been established, who have occupational transferable skills and who require specialist advice in order to establish and define alternative job options.
How the service is offered
Occupational transferable skills analysis carried out by a Vocational Rehabilitation Professional.The identification of alternative job options, labour market analysis and vocational rehabilitations recommendations including a plan that is outlined within the comprehensive report. This service is not an objective evaluation as no occupational testing is undertaken.
Location and geographical area
This service is provided in the United Kingdom and Ireland by a team of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals with the evaluation conducted at the individual’s home or asuitable venue local and accessible to the individual, or by desktop.
