What is the Job Seeking & Development Service?
This service is an individual-specific one, which will provide specialised employment transition support to those seeking new employment in their local labour market. JSD includes: the identification of suitable local job vacancies, assistance with CV writing, job applications and covering letters, job seekers training, support with company research, interview coaching, disability disclosure, assistance with job creation and employer negotiation. The service is delivered in three tiers: the establishment of service (goals, timescales and services), halfway monitoring and evaluation of successful new employment.

Ideal for individuals who have undertaken one of Obair Associates Evaluations and require specialist job seeking assistance and job development in order to seek, gain and sustain new employment within their local labour market.
How the service is offered
Designed to fit the individual’s job seeking and job development requirements as indentified in one of Obair Associates Evaluations. JSD focuses on individual-specific support and assistance either face-to-face, via telephone or as online-specialised support for moving into new employment. This service can be undertaken on a pay-per-hour basis or by the advance agreement of a set fee, depending on the individuals job seeking and job development needs.
Location and geographical area
This service is provided in the United Kingdom and Ireland by a team of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals either face-to-face, via telephone or as online specialised support.
